Earlier on the podcast, I did a show all about Plant-based Nutrition (episode #11). I promised that I would do an entire show on the biggest question I get asked: How do you get enough protein?

This episode goes deep into the science and research done that provides evidence that you can, indeed, get enough protein while eating lots and lots of healthy plants. I also show that our big push to “get enough protein” is having adverse affects on our health and quality of life.
