None of us want to look silly or incompetent when we are trying new things. So what do we often do? Nothing. We want reassurance that we will be successful before we give it a go. This is the very reason so many of us DON’T even set goals in the first place – we don’t want to be uncomfortable and ultimately disappointed when we don’t reach our outcome or goal.

In this episode, I am talking about how to stop escape failing or failing ahead of time and how to start failing better (yes you can!) As well as the reasons why setting an impossible goal is so important for our growth.

By implementing these new skills you will be able to see what you’re made of and that big goal? It’s usually not as hard as you think! You’ll also learn to think differently and you’ll start to LEVEL UP! Boom!
