YOU are your greatest asset and figuring out how to invest in yourself is well-worth the effort. But what if you’re feeling like you can’t afford it? I have found there are ways to be super healthy even if your finances are tight.

Here’s the truth, my friend, you are going to invest in your health either way. It’s going to be up front, in the form of fresh foods and fun fitness. Or, it’s going to be on the back end with doctors visits, medications, surgeries and poor quality of life. Which option sounds better to you? I’ll take door number one, for sure!

In this episode, I walk through a few ways you can still have outstanding health without winding up in the poor house. Tune in, with a notebook in hand, to learn how!
