Join me, as we finish up our series on gut health (this is part 3 of 3)!

We are specifically talking about the importance of incorporating fermented foods into your diet to take it to the next level – and, of course, some of the most delicious and popular fermented foods out there for you to try.

We’re also discussing juicing – and why it’s NOT the best use of your money or time for optimum health.

At the end, I share a little behind-the-scenes for some of my favorite fall menus and some Halloween tips.

Happy fall, ya’ll! I’ll see you inside!

Xo, Janeen
