Chili: (like I mentioned on the podcast, each time I make this it turns out a little different because I just wing it, but here are the ingredients: 2 cans of black beans, 2 cans of kidney beans, 2 cans of pinto beans, 2 cans of diced fire roasted tomatoes, 2 sweet potatoes diced into small pieces, 1-2 onions, a head of garlic, 3-4 stalks of celery, frozen corn, red, orange and yellow bell peppers, chili powder to taste, chipotle powder to taste, smoked paprika … maybe a little organic BBQ sauce.
