I know a lot of you suffer from issues that can be tied directly to the gut. Things like heartburn, abdominal pain, gas, bloating, diarrhea and constipation.
But did you know that there are other health issues that we struggle with that might not seem directly related to our gut, but are? Things like brain fog, mood imbalances, anxiety, how healthy your skin is, joint pain and bad breath?
Our gut is so involved in how our body functions overall. The good news is, when we take care of our gut it helps us to eliminate cravings, strengthens our immune system, boost energy, and, of course, help us resolve embarrassing digestive issues.
This might not be the sexiest topic to talk about on the podcast, but it is one of the most profound things to understand if you care about your health.
