On today’s podcast, I wanted to talk about the powerful practice of journalling and how it can improve your relationship to yourself and how to use it to light your creative fire.

Don’t get me wrong, I have not always enjoyed writing. In fact, I used to hate it. Whenever I’d get a writing assignment in class, I would get this horrible, sick feeling in my gut. I’d drag my feet and wait until the last minute to finish my paper.

About 10 years back, I was challenged by a mentor friend of mine (who was a writer), to start writing. I thought, “What could I possibly write about?… I’d rather poke my eyes out with a fork.”

But I’m so glad I started.

Join me as I share some of the things I’ve discovered about myself through my writing, WHY I write every day, and how writing supports our overall wellness.
