Eating is one of the most time-consuming activities we do. Would you agree?

Every week, we’ve got to:

  • plan the food,
  • shop for the food,
  • prepare the food,
  • consume the food,
  • and clean up the food.

Often, multiple times a day.

No wonder, there are a lot of excuses, hiccups and hang-ups when it comes to eating healthy, right?

On this week’s podcast, I am pulling back the curtain to talk about how I’ve made a healthy food system work in different countries and cultures despite language, location, and, sometimes, economic barriers to help you overcome some of the obstacles you face in your life when it comes to food.

No matter your relationship with food, you can make small, simple changes to make healthier choices.
