What goes through your mind when you see a super fit person? A mom who has a gaggle of kids and a six pack, for example.
Sometimes those thoughts aren’t super kind or something we would say out loud, but they are still there playing out in our brains – and keeping us stuck!
That’s right. If you have the thought, “I don’t want to be fit, I want to be happy… or, I just want time with my family… or, I don’t want to be vain…” you won’t be able to reach your goals because you most likely don’t want to be those things, right?
