If you’re like most people you’re not speaking your body’s language.

Sure, you hear it when it aches and pains, but are you noticing the subtle ways your body is telling you HOW to take better care of it?

If not, that’s totally normal. Culturally, we’re detached from our bodies and their messages. Usually when we don’t feel well we look for medications and surgeries to fix our problems. We’re looking for an outside solution to an inside problem.

Don’t get me wrong, I have a lot of respect for physicians – I know they are doing their best.

But cultural norms aren’t helping us tune into the wisdom of our bodies to know what they need to be healthy.

In this episode, I talk to you about the importance of really tuning into your body to speak its language and HOW to actually do that.
