I saw a meme this week that said, “Somedays you just have create your own sunshine.” True, and somedays that is more difficult than others, right?

Today on the podcast, I talk about how to actually GENERATE energy through movement…. How to create your own sunshine and not wait around until your circumstances change (Corona blows over, the weather changes, you can get a haircut again… )

Movement can be a phenomenal tool to support you not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
