Struggling to stay consistent with healthy habits is one of the biggest obstacles I hear about when I talk to other moms who have the desire to live a more vibrant, healthy life, but… it’s not happening yet.
And I totally get it. When you share a household with kids, each day brings unique challenges and schedule shifts that make it seem almost impossible to consistently show up for yourself.
But, the good news is, it’s doable!
