If we are constantly berating ourselves for the way we look or hating our bodies because of our imperfections, that is INFORMATION our bodies use to function. Research shows that hating your body, not only makes you emotionally and mentally miserable, but it makes you sick and unwell as well. Who wants that? Probably not you, but that is what MOST of us are doing if our thoughts go unchecked. On today’s podcast, I get into the specific thoughts we have about our bodies and HOW to change them to something positive.
