The winter time can be a tough time for people.
Not only are the blues (or seasonal depression) a struggle this time of year, but there seems to be ample opportunities for energy output: parties, service, concerts, shopping, running around that can get us stuck in a downward energy spiral if we’re not careful.
As someone who has struggled with the winter blues, I wanted you to make sure you are doing a few things to keep your energy balanced heading into the season. I know from personal experience that taking good care of yourself this time of year can help to bring you joy, not the grumps. I’ll see you inside.
