Play is powerful!

One of the things I hear quite a bit from moms when I ask them WHY they want better health is to be able to PLAY with their kids.

Play is so important, not only for our physical health, but also for our mental and emotional health as well.

In this episode, I dive into some of the science behind why play is powerful and how you can start implementing playful patterns in your life to reap the benefits.

Play helps relieve stress, improve brain function, boost your mood and have more fulfilling relationships… and so much more!

If you want to learn more about HOW you can play more and DEVELOP more of your playful side, I’ll see you on the inside!
