Being overwhelmed is a pretty universal emotion. We can ALL relate!

In this week’s podcast, I give some concrete tools to help you when you’re feeling overwhelmed. We’re all guilty of biting off more than we can chew, saying yes to too many things, burning the candle at both ends… life can pile up to the point where we really do feel like we’re drowning in overwhelm!

And I don’t know about you, but instead of taking a break, my knew-jerk response is to buckle down and push through. Let me tell you, from experience, that is NOT a good a strategy.

Today, I am breaking down overwhelm to help you see it for what it is. AND, of course, to give you some actionable strategies to help you get your feet back under you and create some emotional space so you can breathe again.
