What is the best emotion?

There are lots of good ones, but, personally, love is my favorite. Why? Because I feel like I can do anything when I feel loved! I am okay just the way I am. My accomplishments or mistakes don’t determine my worth.

Too often, we are trying to hate ourselves toward our goals or toward success. This NEVER works long-term. We yo-yo, crash diet, and flog ourselves to the gym. It might seem like it’s working for a little while, but it’s not sustainable. In the end, we self-sabotage.

However, when we feel LOVE, it’s motivating AND it puts on a healthy lifestyle path that’s sustainable.
