Anyone feeling a little blues-y lately?!

We’ve had such wacky spring weather! I know we’re not the only ones. It seems like the weather all over the country has been unusual. We’ve had hail, bomb cyclones, snow, lots of rain… It’s been a little crazy! In order to maintain a positive outlook and mood, I have had to be ON IT in terms of taking good care of myself.

In this episode, I talk about my struggle with seasonal depression – or Seasonal Affective Disorder – and how I have been able to regain my health and life naturally without the use of medication. I share all my tips and tricks to help me feel good even when it is gray and cold outside.
